About the event
The Saucony London 10K is an iconic capital city 10K race that takes runners past some of London’s best landmarks. Live bands, DJs and cheering fans will motivate you all along River Thames, Westminster Bridge and past Big Ben in this summer celebration of running.
How to enter
Charity places
Join Team CALM by registering on our Run for Charity page. There is a £20 registration fee (plus Run for Charity's admin fee) and a £200 fundraising pledge.
You must be aged 17+ on the event day to take part.
Got your own place?
If you’ve already got your own place in the ASICS London 10K, we’d love to have you on Team CALM!
There’s no minimum fundraising target, just raise as much as you can.
How we’ll support you
Whether it’s your first time running or you’re a seasoned pro, we’ll be right there with you every step of the way. We’ll make sure you have a fantastic experience being on Team CALM. When you join our team, you’ll receive:

Event accessibility
Wheelchair entrants are welcome at the ASICS 10K. Please note, that hand cycles are not permitted and all wheelchair participants must be self-propelled without support. Please contact the event organisers to discuss your entry.
Visually impaired runners, or those with a disability and/or medical conditions that means you require a guide runner/assistant, should contact the event organisers to discuss your accessibility needs.
